Issuer: PESSI Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre (MNCH), Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Medical Superintendent invites bids through Punjab E-Procurement for framework contracts for the year 2026-27 on FOR basis.
Eligibility & submission: Manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors or AOPs registered with Punjab E-Procurement may participate (open tender). Bidders must have established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI. Bidding shall follow Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal uploaded separately on Punjab E-Procurement). Interested registered bidders can download e-bidding documents and detailed specifications from the PPRA / PESSI / E-Procurement websites. Bid security of 2% is required as per E-Procurement format. Bids must be submitted on Punjab E-Procurement by 11:00 AM on the respective tender date; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
