PESSI MNCH Kot Lakhpat Lahore Tender Notice for 2026-27 Medical Supplies & Pharmacy Contracts

Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre (MNCH), Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Lahore invites bids through Punjab E-Procurement from registered Manufacturers / Sole Agents of Foreign Principals / Distributors / Sole Proprietors / AOPs for framework contracts on FOR basis for the year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement and have established technical, financial and managerial credentials. Bidding shall follow Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be uploaded separately on Punjab E-Procurement.
