National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Islamabad invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS V2.0 for the provision of "Durable Goods for NAVTTC".
Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order in favor of "NAVTTC Fund".
