Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) has filed Suit No. 233 of 2026 in the Banking Court, Hyderabad, seeking recovery of Rs. 427,858 plus markup and costs from Habibullah Magsi son of Mohammad Qasim Khan Magsi. The suit is instituted under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 (Ordinance No. XLVI of 2001).
