NHA Re-Invitation to e-Bids for Construction of New Rehmania Bridge (KM 1382+000–1383+000) on N-5

National Highway Authority (Central Zone) invites re-invitation to e-bids from eligible, tax-registered civil engineering contractors (with valid PEC license for FY 2025-26 in the required category and specialization codes) for the construction of New Rehmania Bridge on National Highway N-5.

Bidding documents (Single Stage – Two Envelopes), detailed terms & conditions, etc., will be available online for download free of cost from 2026-08-01. Prospective bidders should follow the NHA website for any addenda or schedule updates. The e-bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must reach the address below on or before 2026-08-13 by 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.

All bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Firms are advised to obtain EPADS/PPRA registration immediately; manual (hard-copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements. The advertisement is also available on the PPRA website.
