IESCO Disposal of Incandescent Bulbs (As-Is) — E-Bids Closing 2026-08-13

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). Disposal of incandescent bulbs (scrap) on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis through online e-bids.

Submission & opening:

E-Bids will be received until 13.08.2026 up to 10:30 A.M. and will be opened at 11:00 A.M. on the same date. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) Portal: http://www.vendor.epads.gov.pk/login.

Inspection:

Bidders may inspect the material at the respective locations until 12.08.2026.

Key conditions:

• Only e-bids are acceptable. Upload all mandatory information as required in the bidding documents.
• Sealed earnest money / bid security in original in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee (as mentioned against each lot) valid for 120 days and issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan (rating A+ or above) must be submitted in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad before bid closing time.
• This disposal is on an "as is where is" basis.
• Bids remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
• Deposit of total amount: within 10 working days from issuance of LOA.
• Successful bidder to lift material within 15 working days from issuance of Release Order.
• Registration with FBR is mandatory to participate.
• Advance 18% GST (if applicable) and 10% income tax or any other government tax shall apply on the accepted bid during the contract of auction.
• Undertaking on Rs.100 judicial stamp paper (Annexure-A), duly signed and stamped, must be submitted and uploaded along with sealed bid security before bid closing time.
• IESCO reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel the tender or any part thereof at any stage.
