Prequalification / Registration Notice – Lahore General Hospital Procurement of Medicines, Medical Devices & Surgical Disposables

Lahore General Hospital (Medical Superintendent) invites prequalification/registration applications through the Punjab e-procurement system (eP) for supply of medicines, medical devices and surgical disposables for local and petty/limited purchases on a day-to-day basis for the fiscal year 2026-27. Eligible applicants include manufacturers, sole agents/importers of foreign principals and distributors holding a valid Drug Sale License (Form VII / Form 11 as stated) and meeting Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) requirements.

Key instructions:

- Applications/bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system as per published schedule. The bid submission deadline and opening will follow the dates/times above.

- Procurement governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). All terms and conditions, requirements and forms are available on the e-procurement portal and in the bidding documents.

- Original Performance Guarantee / tender security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft (as prescribed) must be submitted prior to opening or as instructed.

- All documents must contain proper page marking with a page index, and each page of bidding documents/forms must be signed and stamped by the authorized person. Incomplete or unsigned submissions may be rejected.

- Bid validity: 180 days. Taxes will be applicable as per Government of the Punjab rules. In case of any conflict between bidding documents and PPRA/Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended), the rules will prevail.
