NHA (Central Zone) Re-invitation — Construction of New Rehmanía Bridge (N-5) e-Bids Due 2026-08-13

National Highway Authority (Central Zone) invites re-invited e-bids from eligible contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List, holding valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 in the required category and specialization, for the construction of New Rehmanía Bridge on N-5.

Key procurement details:

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents, containing the method of procurement, instructions to bidders, and terms & conditions, will be available on the specified website from 2026-08-01 for free download. Prospective bidders should check the NHA website for any corrigenda or addenda.

Submission and opening:

• e-Bids must be prepared per instructions and submitted online at the NHA e-bidding portal.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-08-13 up to 11:00 hours (local time).
• Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.
• Manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated and not considered.
