Key submission & eligibility information:
- Bidding procedure: Open competitive bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Interested bidders shall participate through e-Procurement until 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM.
- Bid opening: Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-08-10 at 01:00 PM in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Shahkot.
- Original bid security (2% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Shahkot must be delivered to the office of the Procurement Officer before the closing time.
