Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (TBL) recovery suit — Banking Court-II Hyderabad summons defendant

Banking Court-II, Hyderabad has summoned the defendant in a recovery suit filed by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (TBL), Head Office Faisal Avenue, Islamabad, through its Zonal Office Hyderabad and Branch Tando Muhammad Khan. The bank seeks recovery of an outstanding principal of Rs. 323,500 plus markup and recovery costs under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.

The defendant named in the notice is Muhammad Bakhsh s/o Muhammad Sajan.
