Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly Secretariat Tender Notice – Vehicle Repair & Miscellaneous Supplies (Submission by 2026-08-10)

Issuer: Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly Secretariat, Jutial, Gilgit. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed government-registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors for procurement and supply of items/goods/services for the Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly Secretariat for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding documents are available from the office of the undersigned during office hours on working days w.e.f. 24 July 2026.

Submission & Opening: Sealed tenders must be submitted to the undersigned on or before the closing date/time stated against each category (by 09:00 AM). Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of contractors/suppliers or their authorized representatives at the GB Assembly Secretariat, Jutial, Gilgit.

Eligibility & Documentation: Contractors/suppliers must be registered and possess relevant experience and set-up in the field (e.g., shop, store, printing house, auto shop/workshop, printing press in Gilgit town). Bidders must submit prescribed bidding forms and detailed lists/terms. Bank draft/call deposit in favour of Deputy Secretary (Admin) GBA as earnest money/security is required. Bank statements for the last 02 years, work experience certificates, registration certificate and vendor number/contact details must be attached with bidding documents. Handwritten rates will be rejected; filled computerized letterhead is required.

Other Important Conditions: Only registered firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors will be entertained. Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. Separate bids must be submitted for each category if participating in more than one. The Secretary GBA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
