Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for hiring an outsourced firm (3rd party) to provide Account Assistant resources (non-consultancy services) on an as-needed basis. The maximum requirement is 101 Account Assistants to be deployed across Islamabad and neighbouring districts.

• Eligibility: Interested firms must be registered on the e-PADS v2.0 system for provision of Non-Consultancy Services.
• Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope, with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) principles as per public procurement rules.
• Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form prescribed in the bidding document (e.g., Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit).
• Bid validity: 180 days from bid opening, extendable for 28 days (total 210 days) as specified.
• Pre-bid meeting: Wednesday, 2020-07-29 at 11:00 hrs.
• Submission deadline: Monday, 2020-08-10 at 12:00 hrs (bids submitted through e-PADS v2.0).
• Bid opening: Monday, 2020-08-10 at 12:30 hrs (technical bids opened first per procedure).
• Submission method: Electronic submission via e-PADS v2.0. Bidding documents, terms, conditions and detailed instructions are available on the e-PADS platform.
