Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Short Tender Notice – Supply of Clothing & Related Items (1 Jul 2026–30 Jun 2027)

Issuer: Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), Zarrar Shaheed Road / Ghazi Road, Lahore.

Tender No.: 31/65/Proc/001/Ord dated 22 Jul 2026. E-bids are invited for supply of clothing and related items on a free-delivery basis to Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore for the supply period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Bidding will be conducted through the E-PADS V2.0 electronic bidding system.

• Submission method: Electronic bids via E-PADS V2.0 (EPDAS/ E-PADS).
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR (refundable) in favour of Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) as specified in the tender documents.
• Performance guarantee: Successful bidder to furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of contract price within 15 days of issuance of the letter of acceptance.
