Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — IT Equipment, Repair, Surveillance, POL, Furniture

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. Sealed/electronic bids are invited under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) from eligible firms registered with relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan for supply, repair and services for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree for FY 2026-27.

Procedure and submission details:

- Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the schedule above.

- A fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted as Bid Security (refundable) in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. All bidders must also upload bid security on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) / Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents, terms and conditions and quantities from the published procurement portals (Punjab procurement/e-procurement websites) free of cost.

- RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids. If the date of opening is declared a public holiday by the government or non-working day for any reason, the next official working day shall be deemed the date of submission and opening of tenders.
