Pakistan Railways Request for Bids — Procurement of DG Set Mechanical, Motor Starting and Cylinder Liner Items (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office (Chief Controller of Purchase). Procurement planned under FY 2026-27 funds. Sealed e-bids are invited for multiple procurement packages as listed below. Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents (Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft) or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format.

Documents and submission: Detailed e-bidding documents, specifications and terms are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for registered bidders. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Manual bids will not be accepted.
