Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites bids (Punjab e-Procurement, Single Stage Two Envelopes) for provision of security services/security guards with licensed arms at General Bus Stand Pirwadhai and Allama Iqbal Municipal Library for a 12-month period starting from the date of issue of the work order.
Key conditions: firms must be registered (SECP or equivalent), hold NTN/PRA, EOBI and PESSI registrations, possess an NOC from the Ministry of Interior, Pakistan, and be registered on Punjab e-procurement for the financial year 2026–27.
