Open Tender Notice Nos. 33-36 & 38-39/2026 — Procurement of Lab Equipment, Chemicals & Accessories (Islamabad)

Issuer: Head Procurement, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Open single-stage, single-envelope tenders are invited from reputable manufacturers and stockists on F.O.R. Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department) for supply of specified laboratory items and chemicals. Tender documents will be issued and received as per terms below.

Key conditions:

- Tender fee: PKR 2,000 per tender. Tender fee must be paid as specified to obtain documents. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who previously failed to supply stores against orders.

- Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad. Cash bids will not be accepted.

- Original bank draft in respect of tender fee/issuance must be received one day before the tender opening date. Tender documents can be dispatched on receipt of request and bank draft through fax/email.

- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening. Late tenders or tenders received after opening shall not be entertained. Cutting/overwriting in tenders will lead to rejection.

- Payment: After satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all quotations at any stage without assigning reasons.
