Open Tender Notice 46-51/2026 — Supply of Gases, Vials, Dispensing System & Equipment (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department on FOR Islamabad basis. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained in writing on company letterhead along with the required bank draft/pay order for the tender fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.

Key submission and eligibility details:

• Tender fee: Rs. 2,000/- per package (bank draft/pay order only; payable to Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad).
• Bid security: 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance.
• Tenders must be received by 10:30 AM on 2026-08-18; opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
• Validity: Tender validity must be 60 days from date of opening. Rates should be valid for 180 days.
• Late or conditional tenders will not be entertained. Tender documents will not be issued to firms that failed to supply stores against past orders.
• Last date for issuance of tender documents: one day before the opening date.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders.
