• Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 per package payable as specified in the tender documents.
• Earnest money: 2% of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
• Tenders must be delivered by the stated receiving time; late submissions will not be entertained.
• Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening.
• Original bid security must be received as required; payment will be made after acceptance and receipt of complete supplies.
• Detailed terms, specifications and submission requirements are available from the undersigned on request and on production of the tender fee as per the notice.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
