NIT: Procurement of Hardware for “E-Daftar” — Science & Information Technology Dept, Sindh (Est. PKR 85.00M)

Science & Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh invites electronic bids (E-Bids) through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of hardware for the project titled “Development, Management, Technical Support and Operation of the E-Daftar.” Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal; manual/hard copy bids will not be accepted.

Estimated Cost: PKR 85.00 million.

Key procurement requirements and conditions:

- Bids must be prepared and submitted online in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal. Manual/hard copy submissions will not be accepted.

- Bid Security: 2.5% of the total quoted bid price. Bid validity: 90 days from bid submission.

- Performance Guarantee: 2.5% of total quoted bid price to be furnished as required by the notice (in the prescribed form) within the timeframe specified in the bidding documents.

- Only the financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted through the Sindh EPADS portal by the stated deadline and will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as specified in the bidding documents.
