Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for the provision of educational learning resources for special education as part of tech interventions for children with special needs (Framework Contract EGOV-07). Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, on a Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be separate, duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System.
