Issuer: Commandant, Police College Sihala (PCS), Kahuta Road, Rawalpindi.
Purpose: Sealed bids are invited from well-reputed and financially sound firms having relevant experience and valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for supply, repair and services of various stores/items for the financial year 2026-27 (rates applicable up to 2026-06-30).

Key submission and process details:
- Bids will be received through the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents and further details are available on the portal and on PPRA website.
- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on 2026-08-07 before 11:00 AM (local time). Technical proposals will be opened/downloaded on 2026-08-07 at 11:30 AM on the e-Procurement system in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Each bid shall comprise a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes (Technical & Financial).
- Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and have relevant experience.
- Bid security: 3% of the total bid price to be submitted with technical proposals as directed on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (through Digital Bank’s Mobile App / Corporate Payment Portal / PSID process). Performance guarantee will be retained and refunded upon successful completion of the contract.
- Quoted rates will be applicable up to 2027-06-30.
- The technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently on dates announced on the e-Procurement portal.
- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per PPRA Rules 2014.
