Punjab Ring Road Authority — Invitation to Bid for Hiring of Law Firms (Lahore, Sialkot, Rawalpindi Ring Roads)

Punjab Ring Road Authority (PRRA) invites sealed/e-procurement bids from reputable law firms registered with the Bar Council, having valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, an active taxpayer profile and proven relevant experience for provision of legal services for specified Ring Road projects. Each Lot is to be bid separately; a bidder may apply for more than one Lot but must submit a complete, separate application for each Lot.

Key instructions:

- Each Lot will be evaluated independently and a separate merit list will be prepared for each Lot.

- Submission must follow single-stage two-envelope procedure: technical documents and financial documents to be submitted as per bidding documents. Original Bid Security (as specified) must accompany bids in the required form (e.g., CDR/Bank Guarantee) and conform to tender terms.

- Bidding documents and detailed terms are available for download from the PPRA e-Procurement portal and PRRA website. Bids should be submitted through the PPRA e-Procurement system and hard copies/any specified originals should be delivered as required by the bidding instructions.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified time and venue as set out in the bid documents.
