Issuer: District Police Officer, Dera Ghazi Khan. Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids (E-Bids) for purchase/provision of miscellaneous items, mens/computer stationery, printing items, hardware & software items, transport items, repair of furniture, machinery and government buildings, framework contracts for stores and related services for Financial Year 2026–2027.
Eligible bidders: Firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents/dealers/distributors/JVs engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax on Services). Important dates and submission:
- E-Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-10 until 11:00 AM (Punjab e-Procurement System).
- E-Bid opening: 2026-08-10 at 11:30 AM (will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in presence of bidders or their representatives).
Key conditions and instructions:
- All procurements will be conducted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidding documents and specification details are available on the eP portal and PPRA website.
- Each tender shall be a single package containing Technical and Financial proposals (inclusive of all taxes) and must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Original bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must reach the District Police Office, Dera Ghazi Khan in an envelope clearly marked with the bid document number and title, in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft before the bid submission deadline.
- On acceptance, the successful bidder will deposit a Performance Guarantee of 5% of the total contract value as per PPRA Rules.
- The District Police Officer, Dera Ghazi Khan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules.
- Required documents (e.g., income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents) must be uploaded as specified in the e-bidding documents. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
- E-Bid validity: till the close of the Financial Year — 2027-06-30.
- Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement.
- Late bids will not be entertained.
