Medical Superintendent, Govt. Trauma Centre Lalamusa (Gujrat) invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized suppliers or well-reputed firms registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for framework contracts for 2026-27. Firms supplying medicines must hold a valid drug sales license (Form 9A, Category A). NTN certificate and applicable tax registration required.
Submission method & schedule: Electronic submission via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents may be downloaded free from the e-procurement portal. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required for each lot and must be submitted electronically through the designated Bank of Punjab (BOP) digital payment mechanism. Physical CDR/Pay Order/Demand Drafts will not be accepted where the electronic mechanism applies.

Lowest evaluated lot-wise bidder will be awarded the annual rate contract. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Corrupt or fraudulent practices may lead to blacklisting.
