E-PAD E-Tender Notice – Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan (FY 2026–27)

Issuer: Chief Officer / Administrator, Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan. Electronic tenders are invited through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System (E-PAD) for schemes to be executed during Financial Year 2026–27.

Eligibility & key instructions:

- Only Engineering Firms / Contractors duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possessing valid PEC registration for Financial Year 2026–27 may participate.

- Bidders must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement Portal (E-PAD): http://epp.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and submit bids electronically through that portal within the prescribed date & time.

- Each bidder must upload a scanned copy of Earnest Money (Bid Security) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan equal to 2% of the estimated cost along with the on-line bid. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at the office of Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan at least 30 minutes before the scheduled opening time. Failure to submit the original CDR will render the bid non-responsive and liable to rejection.

- Any application received by courier, post or email will not be considered or accepted.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject bids, suspend proceedings, or reject all bids under PPRA Rules. Submission of false or forged information will lead to disqualification and further action under applicable laws.

- The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) before commencement of the Letter of Acceptance / Work Order.

- Bid opening (electronically) will take place on 2026-08-07 at 11:00 AM in the office of Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and representatives of participating firms/contractors.
