- E-Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-11 at 11:00 AM. E-Bid opening: 2026-08-13 at 11:30 AM (in presence of bidders or their representatives).
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (as shown per item) must be submitted in original (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favour of District Police Officer, Kasur, before the e-submission deadline as per rules.
- Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with registration/authorization requirements (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, etc.). Single-package submission comprising Technical and Financial proposals is required. On acceptance, successful bidder(s) will provide performance guarantee (5%) as per PPRA rules.
