Estate Office Management (Ministry of Housing & Works), Islamabad invites sealed e-bids (Single Stage Single Envelope) for nine separate works (Lots 1–9) on item-rate basis under PAK PWD Schedule of Rate 2022. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0, be active taxpayers with valid income tax registration (and sales tax where applicable), hold required PEC registration and any stated electrical license where applicable.
Key submission details: e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-10 up to 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad. Original bid security (CDR/Banker’s Cheque) must reach Estate Office Management by 2026-08-10 up to 11:00 AM. Manual submission will not be entertained.
