Key submission and eligibility requirements:
- Contractors/firms must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.pppunjab.gov.pk) and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for the year 2026-27. Relevant registration and tax documents must be uploaded with bids.
- Bid security/earnest money must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System (linked with BOP) in accordance with government instructions. Manual bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) will not be accepted.
- Bids must be uploaded and submitted only via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids or bids submitted by other means will not be accepted.
- After uploading bids, firms/contractors shall attend the office of the Executive Engineer, Eastern Bar Division, Pakpattan on 2026-08-12 at 01:00 PM, where bids will be retrieved and announced by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount through the online payment system of Punjab e-procurement in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014 (as amended).
