LESCO Invitation to Bids for Distribution Materials (Tender Nos. 4425–4429)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from pre-qualified/registered manufacturers/suppliers with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs and registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for supply of distribution material. Procurement is financed from LESCO's local funds on Free Delivery to Consignee's Stores (F.C.S) to Regional Store Shalamar, Lahore; 132-KV Grid Station Wagon Shohail; and Pattoki.

Bidding documents, specifications, bid bond/security, performance guarantee requirements, bid validity, and other terms are available on E-PADs at www.eprocure.gov.pk, LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk) and PPRA website (http://www.ppra.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be uploaded on the E-PADs portal. Only the Bid Bond/Guarantee shall be submitted in hard form to Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the dates and times stated below.

Special note: For Tender Nos. 4427 & 4428 renowned manufacturers/authorized dealers/agents may participate by depositing earnest money along with their tender or as per the applicable percentage mentioned in bidding documents.
