PBC Bids for Renting Commercial Land and Properties

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) invites sealed bids from reputed and financially sound entities for renting its valuable underutilized land and properties located at key commercial hubs across Pakistan.

Eligibility

Entities must have registration with SECP and FBR (Active Taxpayer), NTN & GST, and PPRA e-PADS. Valid licenses, relevant experience, and an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting are also required.

How to Apply

Bids shall be submitted through PPRA e-PADS as well as in hard copy at PBC Headquarters (Room No. 426) before the stipulated deadline. A non-refundable bidding fee of PKR 20,000 and a refundable bid security equivalent to 20% of the bid value must be submitted.

Notes
