Notes

A refundable call deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in favour of Director General, WCLA is required. The contract duration will be one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. The contractor will be responsible for the upkeep, amenities, and cleanliness of the toilets. No subcontracting is allowed. Janitorial staff must wear proper uniforms.
