Proposals must be submitted on EPADS (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 06.05.2026, no later than 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Tender documents are available on the EPADS and PPRA websites for registered bidders.

If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. PFSA management may reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
