Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, invites applications on a contract basis for positions under the PSDP project “National Semiconductor HR Development Program – Phase I.” Applications are open for suitably qualified and experienced professionals. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. Government or semi-government employees should apply through proper channel. Only post-qualification experience will be considered.

Certifications in curriculum design, M&E systems, EdTech integration or quality assurance in higher/technical education are advantageous. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks or program development/monitoring — preferably in technology, engineering or technical education sectors. |
| Manager Procurement (PPS-08) | Maximum 50 years | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree) in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference for 18 years (Master’s/MBA/MS) in procurement, supply chain or public sector management. Relevant certifications (CIPS, PMP) or training in PPRA/public procurement rules are an advantage. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycles for multi-sector or technology projects. Proven experience managing PSDP/ADP or donor-funded procurement, procurement of goods & services, and working within PPRA/government frameworks and large organizations. |
