Issuer: Estate Office Management, Government of Pakistan (Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad). Tender Notice No. 53(16)/General-2026-27 dated 24/07/2026. Sealed/e-bids are invited on Single Stage Single Envelope basis through EPADS v2.0 for the following works for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and hold valid registration/active taxpayer status with relevant tax authorities and, where applicable, appropriate electrical license and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the required category/specialized code.

- E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-10 up to 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad. Manual bids (where allowed) and original bid securities (CDR/Banker's cheque in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Management) must reach the office on or before 2026-08-10 by 09:00 AM; late submissions will not be accepted.
