Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk) on or before the bid closing date and time specified above. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at least 30 minutes after the bid closing time as indicated.
e-Bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on EPADS v2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). Notification of the CRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and on www.ntc.net.pk.
