Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications on contract basis for specialist positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition, and Expo Centre. Suitable candidates with required professional qualifications and relevant experience are invited to apply.

| Manager Civil | 01, PPS-9 | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Registered Professional Engineer with experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects; design review, construction supervision and quality control expertise. | 30–45 |
| Manager MEP | 01, PPS-9 | Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred). Registered Professional Engineer with experience in MEP design, installation, commissioning and coordination for large buildings. | 30–45 |
| Manager IT | 01, PPS-9 | Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Experience in ICT infrastructure, networks, data centres, security and systems integration for large facilities. | 30–45 |
| Manager BIM | 01, PPS-9 | Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field. Professional BIM certification preferred; experience in BIM implementation on major projects and coordination of BIM workflows. | 30–45 |
| Manager Finance | 01, PPS-9 | MBA (Finance), ACCA, ACMA, CFA or equivalent. Substantial experience in project finance, financial management, budgeting and procurement for infrastructure or large projects. | 30–45 |
| Documentation Officer | 01, PPS-7 | Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Library Sciences, HR Management or related field. Experience in document control, records management and project documentation. | 30–40 |
