Municipal Committee Chakwal — Framework Procurement / Rate Contract 2026-27 (National & Cultural Events)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Chakwal. Electronic quotations are invited for a Framework Procurement / Rate Contract 2026-2027 to supply electrician services and related items for National and Cultural Events for Municipal Committee Chakwal. Eligible Contractors/Firms/Companies registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with Active Taxpayer Status (NTN & PPN) may bid.

Key procurement rules and requirements include submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System), Single Stage – One Envelope procedure, and compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended), Punjab e-Procurement System Regulations, 2024, and related PPRA/PPRA-issued documents.

Other conditions: Bids must comply with the Bidding Documents and applicable Punjab procurement laws and regulations. Non-responsive or conditional/ambiguous bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
