Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications on a contract basis for two managerial positions for the PSEB project “National Semi Conductor HR Development Program - Phase I”. Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals.

| Manager Curriculum and Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-08) | Up to 50 years | Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education). Relevant fields: ICT/Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics), Education Policy, Human Resource Development, Management Sciences or other HEC-recognized disciplines. Candidates with 18 years of education (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field may be preferred. Foreign degrees must be accompanied by a valid HEC equivalence certificate. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks, or skill development programs — preferably within technology, engineering or technical education sectors. Certifications in curriculum design, M&E systems, EdTech integration or quality assurance in higher/technical education are advantageous. |
| Manager Procurement (PPS-08) | Up to 50 years | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s) in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference for candidates with 18 years of education (Master’s) in Procurement/Supply Chain/Public Sector Management. Foreign degrees must have HEC equivalence. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycles of multi-sector or technology-driven projects. Experience managing PSDP/ADP-funded or donor-funded procurements, dealing with complex vendor ecosystems, and ensuring compliance with PPRA/public procurement rules. Certifications such as CIPS, PMP or PPRA procurement training are advantageous. |
Location: PSEB Head Office, Blue Area, Islamabad.
