Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) — Seeking qualified professionals on contract for the PSDP project “National Semi Conductor HR Development Program – Phase I.” Applications invited for two positions based in Islamabad. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. Government/semi-government employees may apply through proper channel. Foreign degrees must be accompanied by valid HEC equivalence. |
| Manager Procurement | PPS-08 | 50 years (Max.) | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree) in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates with 18 years of education (Master’s/MS) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Public Sector Management may be preferred. Professional certifications (CIPS, PMP) or training in PPRA/Public Procurement rules are an advantage. | Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with end-to-end procurement involvement; experience in PSDP/ADP/donor-funded procurement, vendor management, or complex procurement ecosystems preferred. Foreign degrees must be accompanied by valid HEC equivalence. |
