Issuer: Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited. Pakistan Tobacco Company invites interested contractors for pre-qualification to provide Operations, Maintenance and Rigging services for company facilities in Akora Khattak (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) and Jhelum (Punjab).
Scope: Pre-qualification is requested for three service categories. Interested parties must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) and supporting documents as detailed below. Only parties meeting the stated prerequisites and documentary requirements will be considered for award of contracts.

Mandatory submission requirements (clearly readable/required): Letter of Intent with nature & scope of business; NTN number; PRA/PKRA certificates; company profile and area(s) of expertise; list of clients with contact numbers and description of services provided; registration/affiliation with relevant national or international engineering bodies (where applicable); evidence that the firm is not blacklisted by any government authority; reference/completion certificates for related services for the last 3 years; audited financial statements (annual audited reports) for the last 3 years; any other supporting certificates as applicable.
Pre-requisites: Relevant experience with multinational firms/companies, compliant health & safety and product integrity standards, adherence to applicable Pakistani labour and other laws, and reliable/trustworthy staff.
Submission instructions: Submit LOI and required documents both online and by courier/hard copy (minimum two submissions). Use Tender number Y26/ROC/PCMS/06 in submissions. Online submission may be made via the portal/QR code referenced by the issuer. Hard copies should be sent in a sealed envelope clearly bearing the tender number to:
