Chief Engineer (Power), Tarbela (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for procurement funded under Decade of Dams for FY 2026-27. Bidding is conducted through the Government of Pakistan e-procurement system (EPADS v2.0). A Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure will be used. Bidders must submit e-bids on EPADS by the stated submission time; original bid securities (CDR/Bank Guarantee) in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), Tarbela must reach the office as specified in the bidding document if required.
