Eligibility & Required Documents (submit with Letter of Intent):
- Letter of Intent stating nature & scope of business and services proposed; NTN number (and PRC/KPRA where applicable).
- Certificates and client list in sealed envelopes (hard copy) and online submission (QR code provided in notice).
- Entity profile including area(s) of expertise and organizational chart.
- List of clients with contact numbers and description of services provided.
- Registration/certificates with relevant national or international engineering institutes (where applicable).
- Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any government authority or any office of Pakistan Tobacco Company and is not involved in litigation with any government department or PTC.
- Reference/completion certificates for related work from the last 3 years.
- NTN, PESSI, EOBI registration certificates.
- Annual income tax returns filed with FBR for the last 3 years and audited accounts by a Chartered Accountant for the last 3 years.
Pre-requisites and compliance: contractors must demonstrate relevant experience, adequate manpower, lawful background checks for staff, and compliance with environmental, health & safety and Pakistan labour laws.
