Tender: Procurement of White Offset Paper, White Art Card, Morocco Paper & Allied Printing Material — Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Islamabad

Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd (under Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan) invites sealed bids from manufacturers and dealers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of the FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List for supply of white offset paper (local/imported), white art card, morocco paper and allied printing material for PCP Press, Islamabad.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be uploaded on PPRA ePADS 2.0 and the hard copy must reach the undersigned on or before 2026-08-18 at 14:00 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs.

- Bids must be accompanied by the required earnest money / bid security as per the lot-wise amounts above. Bids without required bid security will be disqualified.

- Manufacturers/dealers may bid for a single lot or multiple lots according to capacity. Rates must be quoted against all items in a lot; incomplete lot pricing may result in rejection.

- Bid validity: 90 days.

- The Corporation reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any or all tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Purchase quantities may be increased or decreased per requirements and fund availability.
