Bidding documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab website and may be downloaded free of cost. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage – two envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Evidence of bid security in the shape specified on the e-procurement system, in favor of the Program Director, PIU for MNHC, Health & Population Department, must be submitted physically to the Procurement Cell of MNHC. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline; this office is not responsible for portal issues. The procuring entity may reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
