EPADS E-Tender — Preventive Maintenance of Rural Water Supply Scheme Khail, Kasur (PHE Division Kasur)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Kasur. Electronic tenders are invited through the EPADS (Punjab PPRA) e-portal from registered contractors/firms holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the year 2026-27 with specialization codes CE01, CE09 or CE10.

Key submission & eligibility details:

- Registration & submission: Bidders must be registered on the EPADS e-portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Tenders will also be published on the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bid security: 5% earnest money (call deposit) in favor of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Kasur. Original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer up to the closing date/time of bid submission; failure to submit the original CDR will render the bid non-responsive.

- Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure as per PPRA rules. Technical and Financial proposals to be uploaded separately through EPADS; original instruments/documents as required must be provided.

- Performance guarantee: As per directions, up to 10% performance guarantee may be required and will be accepted in the form of pay order, bank draft or other bank instruments.

- Bid submission deadline: Bids to be submitted via EPADS up to 10:30 AM on 2026-08-12. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 02:00 PM by the Tender Opening Committee in the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, 180-Munir Shaheed Colony, Kasur. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
