How to apply: Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) stating nature and scope of business, company profile and area(s) of expertise. LOIs must include NTN and PRA/KPRA certificates and client list. Submission must be made both online (via QR code) and by sealed courier to the Head of Operations Finance - PK at Pakistan Tobacco Company, Serena Business Complex, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, G-5, Islamabad. Quote Tender number Y26/ROC/POMS/06 on the submission.
Key requirements and conditions: Parties should provide company profile, list of clients with contact numbers and description of services provided, evidence of relevant experience (including related service orders for the last three years), and certificates/registration with relevant national or international engineering bodies where applicable. The requested information does not constitute a commitment to award a contract. PTC will not consider LOIs received after the deadline and reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
