How to apply / submit bids: Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from the PPRA/e-procurement portal (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding shall be conducted online through the Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope) procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended). Original CDR/Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's Office and a copy attached with the Technical Proposal. Bid security must be in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
Important notes: Calculation of response time is from the date of advertisement publication on the PPRA website.
