NHA Re-Invitation to e-Bids — Construction of New Rehmania Bridge on N-5 (KM 1382+000–1383+000)

National Highway Authority (Central Zone) re-invites e-bids for the construction of the New Rehmania Bridge on N-5. Eligible contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayers List, holding a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 in the required category and specialization, may submit bids through the e-bidding system.

Procurement & submission details: Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents (detailed terms & conditions) will be available for download free of cost from the advertised websites from 2025-08-01. E-bids prepared per the bidding documents must reach the address below on or before 2025-08-13 by 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.

Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, be on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List, and possess a valid PEC license for FY 2025-26 in the stated category and specialization codes.
