Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan. PSEB invites applications for senior leadership roles to support Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services export growth.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Key Experience / Requirements
Chief Business Development Officer	Maximum 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education — degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Finance, Marketing or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university	Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in IT, business development, ecosystem development, industry facilitation, international marketing, public-private partnerships or related domains. Proven track record in developing and executing B2B, G2B and G2G international partnerships; experience opening new markets or attracting international clientele is desirable. Relevant project/program management experience involving stakeholder coordination, regulatory facilitation or ecosystem development; leadership and decision-making experience preferred (approx. 3 years in senior roles).
Director Infrastructure	Maximum 56 years	Minimum 16 years of education — degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Architectural Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an HEC-recognized university; higher qualifications in Engineering Management or Project Management and professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous; PEC registration preferred	Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure development, construction management, facility operations or related domains. Experience in construction and operations of large-scale building complexes, IT parks, commercial towers or similar facilities; strategic planning and management of high-value civil engineering or infrastructure projects highly desirable. Familiarity with O&M functions such as MEP systems, HVAC, fire and life safety systems, BMS and vendor/contractor management; leadership experience in relevant senior roles preferred.
